Nintendo Wario Land 4 Gameboy Advance Action Review

Nintendo Wario Land 4

Description
Wario looks great on the Game Boy Advance, but he's still the same money-mad rascal who's starred in some of the greatest hand-held platformers of all time. This time around, a tale about a golden pyramid is enough to send the big blowhard scurrying off to the jungle. Sure enough he finds the object of his greedy desire, but before he can collect his loot he'll have to undergo a brain- and body-bending series of challenges.

I enjoyed this game but its over too quickly. When I completed the game nothing happened, the only thing that did happen was that all the bosses were reserected. After each level you can't go into the next until you collect all the pices of a diamond.

Summary:
Warioland 4 is another evolution of Nintendo's great Mario games and it has great aspects that make it a classic. Great gameplay guaranteed, it really shows off the power of the GBA and proves it can make very versatile games. I think Warioland 4 is the best 2d platformer out there.

Summary:
Yet another great game from Nintendo. Though the actual story was shorter than I thought, the style of this game is quite interesting, as well as challenging.

I have the Japanese version of Wario Land 4 but I don't know Japanese, unfortunately, so it took me a while to realize that there is a Hard Mode as well as what I call an INSANE mode. Normal and hard mode wasn't that bad, as I never needed to buy any items to defeat the bosses, yet in INSANE mode it's almost impossible to defeat them before the treasures start to disappear. Eventually I managed to finish that also. :)

By the way, I got 173 jumps in the Wario-on-a-wheel mini-game. I wonder if anybody went higher than that?

Summary:
Okay, it starts off fun enough. I admit that I liked it, I managed to get everything on the first level my first time through. So now I was ready to go back and get another chest(Wario 3). But there was no chest. Nothing more to find. I had the CD, I had gotten the key. That was it. All there was. So basically, all you have to do to totally beat a level. Is find a CD. Hmm...
