Price Paid:  $5.00 from Blockbuster

Summary:
Pikmin is a very inivated game that can be quite fun. Basicly you crashed on this alien planet and you have to find 30 parts to your ship in 30 days before your air supply runs out. Then you find your flower slaves and order them to get your parts, kill enemies, and more pellet things to create more flower slaves.Pikmin 2 is coming out soon so it should fix some of the first ones problems like no multiplayer(2 player co-op in pikmin 2) and you have a time limit to get all the parts( not hard but some times annoying). Also they are adding 2 new slaves in pikmin 2 a white one ,who is immune to poison, and a purple one ,who is stronger than the other slaves.

, from Iowa Park, Texas

Price Paid:  $49.00 from Software Etc. (EB)

Summary:
Pikmin is an innovative, addictive, sometimes frustrating game. You are Captain Olimar. While on vacation through space, your vessel was hit by a meteorite. Maybe you thought Cpt. Olimar could have somehow dodged this rock by, I dont know, looking out of his window. I know I did. But look at it this way, if the asteroid didn't hit Captain O's ship, we wouldn't have much of a game, now would we?

Price Paid:  $25.00 from Wal-Mart in Carroll, Iowa (Where I work)

Summary:
PIKMIN!, NOT POKeMON! I don't know whether to like this game or hate it. It has it's good parts and it's bad parts. It has cool graphics, but I swear the space ship COULD OF BEEN DESIGNED A BIT BETTER THAN THE PSone AGE!

Price Paid:  $50.00 from Wal-Mart

Summary:
Pikman really is very creative and is kid friendly, which doesn't necesasarly mean it's good. People expecting solid gameplay should love this because you really get involved and the Pikman are actually pretty cute.

Review NaN of 49
, from dolphin

Price Paid:  $50.00 from Toys R Us!!!

Summary:
This game was all that I expected it to be and more. You land on the island and have 30 days to recorver 30 parts. Each day is about 15 or 20 munits long and you cannot stay at night. When you crash youfind little animal/plant things. These remind good ol' captin olimer about his favorite carrots wich he names the pikmin after. He encounters 3 types of pikmin over the course of his adventures. Each color has different skill and abilities. Olimer and his new found buds (no pun intended) travel through 5 different areas (including final trial) attacking a nice assortment of creatures. Depending on you, you must retrieve these parts, face down monstors and slay the Empror Bulbax to retrieve all of the different parts. The Ending is very good and you feel sorry that you have to leave all of the pikmin their. As soon as you leave though you see a nice scene of the pikmin going back to there normal life styles.
