Summary:
It was unfortunate that Skies of Arcadia didn't get the recognition that it deserved on the doomed Dreamcast system. But it's getting a second chance on the Gamecube, and for the most part it worked out great. The story and gameplay is the same as the original, along with a few added surprises. It's long, but never boring. If you missed out on the original version, get this game now, you won't be disappointed.

Summary:
Being a fan of the orignal game from the dreamcast I just had to pick this one up.It was well worth it. The extra content adds a little to the storyline. Though not as much as I would have wished its still better then no extra content. The game however does have a few noticable flaws that were not in the original. The game had a epic tale and I was suprised that I enjoyed it because I normally like mroe seroius RPG's. I have trouble taking this one seroiusly yet found myself enjoying it. The Combat is nothing special but the system is good enough to pass. The ship battles I found to be suprisingly fun and the vast world to explore was great. A great game, Great plot.

Summary:
Skies of Arcadia: Legends began on the ill-fated Dreamcast, and was generally thought to be one of the better games on the system. It came as no surprise when it was tinkered with a bit and ported to the Gamecube, which is where Sega is putting all its money now. This was good for two reasons: One, Gamecube needed an RPG. Two, Skies of Arcadia deserves to be played.

Summary:
It starts with a guy named Alfonso chasing a yellow ship with a girl steering it. After a while of shooting, they make the girl faint, and gets the girl on-board the ship. Suddenly, air pirates attacks Alfonso's ship, The Blue Rogues (there are two types of pirates, Blue Rogues, and Black Pirates). One of these is named Vyse, the main character, the one the player controlls. The meaning of this attack whas because of the gold, and items. But something else caught they're attention.. The girl I mentioned earlier, Fina. They was about to take her, but Alfonso stopped them. He sends a rhino looking robot to stopp them. After Vyse, and Aika are done with that, they take Fina back to Pirate Isle, theyr HQ. This is where the game really starts. Your first mission is to find a moonstone on an island. Later you will have to find six moonstones, which the Valuan Empire (your enemy) is trying to get to take over the world with. These moonstones can summon "Gigas", which is a powerfull creature.

Skies of Arcadia is a very exciting game, it gets more interesting the more you play it. There is several side-quests, and loads of different places to visit. This is a example of a classic RPGame.

Pluss: The story. It makes you want to play all the time!

Minus: Sometimes it takes a long time between each Save-point. It can get annoying if you have to go, and can't save.

Summary:
What, i never had this much fun sinse FF7 on the computer 5 years ago, believe me this game gave me flashbacks bigtime. If u have anything for turnbased RPGS go get this game, go get it now! U wont regret it, trust me on this one, this is gripping, engaging, offers one of the most compelling stories ive seen in an RPG. Personally, this is the best turnbased rpg sinse FF7, it beats FF8 hands down (and i havent played FF10 btw :P) But easily the best on the gamecube and easily one of the best in the passed few years! U simply must experience the skies of arcadia! Ull be WOWed all the way til the end!
