from Best Buy Summary: After a long period of time away from Nintendo, SquareEnix has come back to the Nintendo with Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the GameCube. This game has been long awaited by all, and with a few adjustments to the battle engine, this game is shining like new. A brand new game, fresh from SquareEnix, is using one of the most powerful tools of the GCN, which is the link cable between the GCN and the GBA. This connectivity feature lets the game play out in real time. No more menus on the screen and waiting for your friends. This time, you got your own screen and so does your party. While you switch items or equip armor, your party will still be fighting, so this means no pausing and this gives the game a flowing pattern with no stops. The only time you can pause the game is if you are playing alone in a single player quest, where you can use a GCN controller rather than a GBA. You can play multiplayer mode alone, but be warned, you do need a GBA for the controller and there will not be any pauses. This game is made to be read like a book, and it is not to be put down. With the amazing graphics and incredible sound, you will feel the intensity of this game. Report this review >>
