Summary:
A good edition to the great Mortal Kombat series. This game is the first attempt to make the series "3D" in appearances, which is only partially achieved. There are many kombatants to choose from, some new and some veterans. There are many new moves, fatalities, and other features which should keep you playing for a good while. While there are a few problems with the game (see below), none that I have experienced stopped the show. Out of the four MK games I have played, I think this one, though a little rough around the edges, is the best.

Summary:
The Mortal Kombat brand name is one of the biggest in Video games. With two movies made and a ton of licenses, the recent games have not lived up to their reputation. Mortal Kombat 4 fills a void in the lack of decent fighting games on PC. It has since been re-released on budget and can be bought for around $10. Despite being three years since its release on PC, it is still a top notch beat 'em up and the best fighting game available for pc users.

Summary:
Once again, a Mortal Kombat tournament to determine the fate of the world is at hand. But is this game of the same quality as the other MK games?

As far as the plot goes, the scorcerer Shang Tsung and his boss Shao Kahn are out and a new bad guy, Shinnok, steps in to try to take over the world. Back are classic players Lui kang, Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade and others. Also many new faces join the scene as well as Goro, the 4 armed half dragon boss from the first game.
