Summary:
There is, as far as I can tell after 2 years of gameplay, only one problem with this game- it is actually addictive. Since it's induction, the rules for pvp anything, be it combat, stealing or even plain chatting, are a lot more regulated now, giving you much more option as to whether you want to have your super magic sword stolen. (This is a reference to previous reviews, read them and you'll understand)

Summary:
This Game is not for everyone.
It requires Patience.
That being said, IT IS THE BEST PC GAME TO EVER GRACE THIS PLANET!
The communities, friendships, and love that I have seen transgress in this game and unprecedented. There are PK's, but they are confined to one of SEVERAL parrallel dimensions within the game.
PEOPLE MAKE real money playing this game.
They auction items gained in-game for real money, and other people are willing to pay big bucks for in-game items! Take that for what you will, but it certainly says something about how loved this game is.
I wouldn't blast it based upon your own limited experiences without at least giving it credit for what is obvious: Hundreds of thousands of people LOVE this game. LOVE.
I am one of them.

Price Paid:  $4600.00 from best buy

Summary:
this game is great, as you can tell im a vet at it... ive played for 4 years altoghether on the same acount as my brother, what realy hooks you up to this game is the people that you meet and the need to get skill gains. beleive me, it may sound like waiting for your skill to gain in a dongeon or mining rock is boring, but you get a constant flow of surprise. ive been in this game since alpha. it has changed for the worse end, but i still like it. there may be no more "gm quests" anymore but you can make a quest when you join a guild. you might not get custom wepons from the gm's(gamemasters) when ya compleate a gm quest, but the fun isnt taken away when you get enough provokesmenship to make 2 dragons fight each other to the death, while ya get some regents ready to shoot some flamestrike and energy bolt spells on those dragons.
