Summary:
"Ten Little Sailor Boys went out to dine,
One choked his little self, and then there were nine."
"Nine Little Sailor Boys sat up very late,
One overslept himself, and then there were eight."
"Eight Little Sailor Boys traveling in Devon,
One said he'd stay there, and then there were seven."
"Seven Little Sailor Boys chopping up sticks,
One chopped himself in half, and then there were six."
"Six Little Sailor Boys plaing with a hive,
A bumblebee stung one, and then there were five."
"Five Little Sailor Boys going in for law,
One got in Chancery, and then there were four."
"Four Little Sailor Boys going out to sea,
A red herring swallowed one, and then there were three."
"Three Little Sailor Boys walking in the zoo,
A big bear hugged one, and then there were two."
"Two Little Sailor Boys sitting in the sun,
One got frizzled up, and then there was one."
"One Little Sailor Boy left all alone,
He went and hanged himself, and then there were none."

I thought this game was interesting from the beginning. The sailor boys, along with the poem and everything, had me completely tied in. I wanted to figure out how the deaths matched to the characters. Although one was obvious from the beginning, the rest were all rather a surprise for me.

The setting of the game/events was indeed a creepy one...I wouldn't have liked the island one little bit. First off, the name would have been a negative, and finally the scenery makes it a big 'no' for me. It's almost always raining...especially at night (gee, shocker there, eh?) Most of the game, you won't go out because of this rain, and instead...be trapped inside with the other guests. It is, by all means, very disturbing to watch them all slowly die off...each death growing gradually worse.

The characters, although graphics are a little poor, are amazingly realistic. Each has their own sense of character, and the voicing of them all is very good. When they're mad, their voices grow tense and furious...makes you feel as if you're talking to them. And I love the old English accents floating about.

Now, this is important for all you younger/weaker at heart players.

The deaths can be very...very disturbing, depending on how well you take horror movies and movies full of horrible events. The first death, is more of a shocker. Second death...well...it could give you chills. The third death sends you a little out of your 'comfort zone' and puts you a little further onto your toes. The fourth death, if you ask me...is the most gruesome. "One chopped himself in halves, and then there were six." Just...er...decide, if you're really all that ready to deal with a sight. The fifth death is confusing and bothersome...watch for it. The sixth death is the death where all the tables turn cold...and serious...watch yourself afterward!..AND BEFORE! The seventh death is the most confusing and does not reveal itself until...the eighth death, which is troublesome and not a lovely sight. Etch! Now the seventh is gross! The ninth death?...Well, now, you can actually prevent that one! Be on your toes and remember...time is not something to waste. And finally, the last death....oooo, creepy scene, but also something you can cause OR prevent! Watch yourself, game player!

Overall, the game is tough in some areas, easy in others...so watch to make sure what you do and when you do it...and pick up everything you can...over half of the supposed junk will help you!

What the game could have used more of was a much more...convincing ending, maybe more convincing graphics and lip movements, and finally, many more scary scenes! Mystery lovers LOVE to be scared, don't we now? Over all, good game.
