from PERTH AUSTRALIA Summary: Back in 1998 I learnt gaming on H&D1 and became hooked ever since. I have been waiting about 18 months since it was announced that H&D2 was being prepared and I waited eagerly, knowing that five years down the track and all the experience of modern games for the makers to get ideas from, it would be really something.
Well I have to say the graphics are all one would want, but the game interface had to be seen to be believed. Too many keys. Modern games now can be played with a dozen keys to do the lot. Too clumbersome. I was further staggered to discover that the interface was obviously worked out by a left handed person. Using the mouse in the left hand whilst moving the men with the right hand arrow keys. The first huge task was to re name every key with the same keys as MOH and Operation Flashpoint.
I ran out of keys. I actually ran out. Report this review >>
