Summary:
The reviews that you see say its ok but not to good. I think the exact opposite. This game is really fun. This was the first game I got for playsation and I thought that it was the funnist game I have ever played. The story was ok and the sound and musi cwas really good. If you like to play fun shotting games thi sis the game for you. (Although I think Syphon Filter is funner).

Summary:
Die Hard Trilogy 2 wasn't all that bad. It's not an excellent game that's for sure. Even if you're a real fan of the Die Hard movies you might want to rent this first and think about it. I'm guessing that some DH fans might not even like this game b/c of the quality of it.

Summary:
OK let's start from the end: Die Hard trilogy is not a bad game. Yet, it's not so good. The graphics are average, the gameplay is, hmmmmmm.... Pretty OK. But something in the game is missing.
The game puts you into the shoes of John McLane, the famous die hard movie seies star, who once again needs to save the city. The game has two basic modes: Arcade, where you choose the type you like and play only it, and the movie mode:
All the types with a story running with the levels.
The types are simple action ( you go and shoot everyone (-:) sharpshooter ( such as house of the dead or virtua cop ) and the car mode ( you drive and need to run into cars ). I must say I was really waiting for the last mode, the car, but I found out this one is the worst: very hard to control. I'm still stuck in the first car level, and it really ruins the movie mode! I can't go on because of this. The 2 others are pretty good. The sharpshooter is very fun and the action mode is OK too.
The main basic here is non stop action.
Also don't expect to see Bruce Willis, the series star. guess Fox Interactive didn't want to spend extra money so you'll have to watch a pretty poor substitute. His voice will annoy you and you'll see that Fox tried to disguise his face.
After all, this game is not bad. If you like the idea of 3 different game types or liked the first, you'll enjoy it.
My suggestion: rental. but you can try you'll be quite suprised how fast you can get addicted to it.

Summary:
I loved the first Trilogy and immediately bought the second. BIG MISTAKE. They have sacrificed control for looks. And what's with the cheesy Bruce Willis sound-alike??? This game is NOT FUN.
