Summary:
This is a simulation of WW2 tank combat at its best. A very accurate game that gives you an insight into what the fighting in WW2 was like. Basically, there's three countries to choose from: U.S., Germany or the Soviet Union. After that its hours of fun blasting at US/German/Soviet tanks.

this game is the best strategy game i've ever played and i've got stacks of them.the game has a real worldwide almost cult like following with it's own forum and web site.the tanks and battles are based on actual events from ww2,even details such as the number on the side of the tank is based on historical fact,this is the grand tursimo of the tank world,just get it!

Summary:
I thought the game was so so. The graphics could stand more work, the resolution of the infantry, the tanks are a bit cheesy. You know there is something in the distance, but the resolution is low enough to make it appear as a UFO coming over the horizone.

Would I recommend it, sure, but please do an update to the game with better resolution.

Summary:
When I saw this game on th rack, I didn't know what to expect. Now that I got it, I'M HOOKED! One thing I liked about it is that it isn't one of those push the units across the board game. This game is in your face action. You need to to be on the lookout for the enemy while still commanding your own units, supporting infantry, and directing your own artillery strikes. You really feel the terror of seeing that Shortbull tank with its barrel pointing right at you, or the anger as you see one of your own infantry dieing right in front of you!
