Summary:
Do you remember those old Atari games? Did you play them all the time? If yes, you'll love it. If not, I doubt it. Being a person who owned an Atari back in the day, I can appreciate these games. But if you're a newer gamer, you probably won't be interested. I've been at it for a while, so I liked it.

Summary:
The Atari 2600 comes back to life with 45 games from the #1 3rd party company for Atari, Activision.

With classics like Pitfall!, Freeway, Stampede, Seaquest, and Lazer Blast. It's all set to the great tunes from the 1980's

In the day where your score told you if you were good at video games or not, this brings back the days of the classics. For a LONG time, this game NEVER left my Playstation 2. If you're a fan of classic games, i'm sure it will NEVER leave yours either!

Summary:
Go back into the past with retro gaming at its best with Activision Anthology for the ps2. The reason why I chose the game it was the games i grew up playing when I was 5 yrs old when I got my 1st Atari 2600 Video Computer Sysytem. There was games that I had like Pitfall,Oink,Keystone Kapers,Chopper Command,Enduro, and River Raid. Those games will but you back in the hey days of the Atari 2600 with the pixled out graphics and every bleeps and sounds that made the Atari 2600 so popular in the '80s. The Graphics is all there and the best thing is the '80s songs that I listened to in the '80s. Like Twisted Sisters We're Not Gonna Take it. Man Without Hats Safty Dance and Aha Take On Me and other retro '80s songs is all there from one hit wonders to the big wild hair of the '80s. And I grew up playing these Activision games that i had for the Atari 2600 like Ice Hockey Grand Prix and Fishing Derby and it's all here. It's like taking a trip back into memeory lane. With the exact emulation of the games and the graphics and it's on one entire disc. Thanks to you guys @ Activision Contraband and Barking lizards you made me feel like a kid again when i had those games on the Atari 2600. Thanks.

Summary:
One of the best classic gaming collections ever put together. Although I am more than happy with the progress of video games, the Activision Anthology is a great piece of nastalgia. I have often wished I would have held on to the old Atari 2600 so I could play Pitfall, River Raid, etc. The days of sitting in my basement as a kid burning up hours of childhood playing these games is awesome. This collection will be appreciated by those who, as I, grew up with these games.

Summary:
48 video games for 30 dollars? That's what you get with Activision Anthology, granted they are the video game versions of 8-tracks compared to the compact discs of today.
Anyone who grew up during the 80's no doubt are familiar with the Atari 2600, arguably one of if not BEST retro system out there. It's large library of games enthralled and entertained countless millions of kids during the "me decade"

*Nice feature: each game includes an in game manual and hidden commercials and patches to unlock.
