Price Paid:  $1799.00 from EB Games

Summary:
Blade 2 is a fast paced action game. If you are looking to play the movie, don't buy this game. It has it's own unique storyline with characters from the movie. At first the controls seem difficult, but with practice, they're easy to master. Levels can be repetative, and dialogue is rusty. This is a game for vampire fans that enjoy non-stop violence and excessive gore. Some of the special cinematic moves you do will seem totally awesome at first, but they get boring. Rent before you buy.

Price Paid:  $5.00 from rented: dillions

Summary:
I loved the first movie and the second was ok but when I found out there was a game I was compelled to rent it. I was very dissapointed, but not near as disapointed as those who spent $50 to buy it at least. When I saw this game I expected it to be somewhat like devil may cry (the greatest game ever, if you haven't played it, get it now!) but it wasn't at all, it sucks. I think if capcom (devil may cry) would have done it instead of activison they would have used it's engine and it would have rocked. I am very sorry to say my expectations were more and I wish they were true because this could have been a sweet game.

Price Paid:  $50.00 from ToysRUS

Summary:
Many pimped out gamers would say that a great
action movie deserves a great video game at it's
side to accompany it...Much like a Samurai with
an exceptional stainless steel sword at his side.
Well...The Blade 2 movie/game combo is the equivalent of a early century Samurai unsheathing one of those 2 inch plastic, generic colored swords that you used to get with your He-Man action figures.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this title at all costs. I'm only sorry I just found this site, for
I'd have spread the news to all of the Blade fans
sooner.

Summary:
As a huge fan of both the Blade movies, i would have to say that the game has its advantages and disadvantages. In summary, the game is an average Beat-em-up for the non-blade fan, and a facinating virtual adventure for a fan of the Daywalker. I love it.
