Summary:
First and foremost let me just say "OH MY GOD!!!" This game is gorgeous. I really love it especially pey'j, Jade's uncle. For those of you that haven't played it yet, you really need to. The graphics are beautiful, you have a very sexy lead character named Jade, and its definately a unique game to play. It revolves around you using your camera to investigate and expose a conspiracy that the government has started on Hillys (that's the name of the planet you live on.) When you start the game you just get a feel for the controls and then your first mission comes after you go outside your home to meet uncle pey'j. You can take pictures of animals to get money and you also have to go to the black isle to meet a man about a Domz worm. After you start your hooked. If this stuff isn't good enough to seal the deal then the price should. You can buy this game for $20 dollars. That's all and you will spend many quality hours enjoying this game.

Summary:
First I have to say that I like the title to this game very much "Beyond good & evil", excellent title in my opinion. I don't know if it fits this game, but it's good anyway. Well I shall tell you a little about the game now. The alpha section has taken control over the little planet or town called Hillys. Before people lived in peace here but not anymore. A girl called Jade is going on a mission to STOP this war. The journey is not so long, but many people come in danger. Jade cares most about her uncle Pej'y.

Her mission is to photograph how all the humans are getting transported to the moon. Jade goes through a black isle, a factory, slaughterhouse and finally she's travell up to the moon to save all the humans and her uncle. Well I can say that this game is kind of a mix between Jak and daxter, Metal gear solid and maybe Zelda a little bit. It's like Jak and daxter beacause of the graphics and sounds. Metal gear solid because all of the sneaking. THAT'S WHAT THIS GAME IS AIMED AT. But more about that later. And it's like Zelda bacause of the puzzles and the bosses.

The bosses is like they are taken from the Zelda games, they are like copies only that they are nopt looking like them in Zelda. All bosses except the final boss is like Zelda bosses. But the final boss is like something i've never seen any boss like. Unusual boss. But it's very fun.

Talking about unusual things, the hole game Beyond good & Evil is a bit unusual, but many things you can recognize to. That makes it fun to play in my opinion. But a thing that's destroys the game a little is in fact, the missions. In the missions you only sneak through enemies and then photo what you shall, and then you meet a boss. Boring in the length. But between the missions it can be fun to search for pearls (It's like money in the game) or photograph animals (that you can get very much moneys or points from).
If you enjoy those 3 games I mentioned before, I think that you gonna like this game.

Summary:
When I first inserted the disc and turned on my PS2, I was very doubtful about this game. A female protagonist and a frigging pig for a sidekick? C'mon!!! I was ready to put it aside if it didn't start to hit the spot right away. How wrong I was!!! Within the first hour, the game totally grew on me, and I couldn't put it down for the last couple days. Without prior knowledge of Rayman and Michel Ancel (although I still haven't played Rayman), I almost missed this game, and I hope this doesn't happen to you.
This game is definitely worth your hard-earned bucks.

Score: 9/10
