Summary:
I rented this game because the F1 season has begun and I can't find Grand Prix Challenge at any local stores. This is a tricky game to form an opinion on. At once delightful and then severely midiocre and back again. IMHO its the best of EA's F1 efforts on the PS2 - but then that isn't saying a whole hell of a lot. Overall I would rate the game decent and here's why.

Summary:
Most people who love racing games would most likely like this one as well, but casual gamers probably would not. That being said, my girlfriend loves to drive the wrong way in order to collide head-on into other cars just to watch the wheels and other parts fly off down the track! Lol!

Summary:
This game is great. You get to play the 99-02 season. Yoour reputation is on the line in every race. You need good results to move into a better race seat. Plus you get points to spend on up grades the next races.

Summary:
This is the worst Formula 1 game to come out from EA in a long time. This game isn't even an upgrade from the previous game engine, but rather a downgrade in quality. This game does nothing to better the franchise. My hopes for this game were high, but it just didn't deliver any of the promised goods. Simply stay away from this game at all costs. I'm very disappointed!

Anyone who happens to like Formula 1 should stick to Atari's Grand Prix Challenge. Its reviews speak for itself. And for a mere $30 it is a true bargain. For this reason is that this year EA decided to price the game at $40, but it should've been priced at $10.
