Summary: Hmm.... Maybe it's because I'm not a big F1 fan, but I really do not see what all the hype in this game is about. Sure, the graphics in are good, but the cars handle horribly. I have played Gran Turismo 3 twice though and Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero once, so I wouldn't consider myself a beginner at driving games. I played GPC for 2 hours on the easiest setting and the AI was too difficult to the point that I got frustrated and gave up. Additionally, it seems the only goal in the game is to win the same races in the same cars at increasing difficulty levels. I know this is the object of F1 racing, and like I said, I'm not an F1 fan, so maybe that's why I can't get excited about this game.

Summary: Let me just say that I have waited a long time for a game like this, and it's only $29.00, I almost feel like I stole it! I actually want to race the entire season, do testing and all the stuff that other F1 titles can't get me to do because of some flaw that takes the fun away. This game runs at 60fps no matter what! Cockpit view, all 22 other cars smoking in front of you with flags, cameras and smokepots in the stands, and it WILL NOT drop a frame. Did I mention full 20(at least) lap replays at the same rate...unbelievable!
Summary: Great game. Heard about the reviews and decided to buy. Not disappointed at all. 60 fps with 22 cars on screen and no slowdown. Wow... Unless EA's next F1 racing game can beat this, we have a new king to crown.
Summary: Electronic Arts, are you paying attention? OK, good.
You better be, because Infogrames just stole your F1 crown, and made it look easy.
Grand Prix Challenge is bar-none the best F1 game to ever hit a console. Its control is so good, it makes you wonder if the guys from Psygnosis (makers of the outstanding Formula 1 on the PS1) defected and brought that classic up to 128-bit standards.

Summary: Without a doubt the best F1 racing game yet produced. I don't know how they did it for the price and not sure I want to know, I only hope that this is the start of a new Dynasty.
And if this is only the starting point I think the others may as well pack up and start work on other games because you will only ever need GPC every year. Some suggestons for additions (not really improvements)1. Visible tyre wear, 2. Damage model a bit more realistic? 3. Sliders for dificulty of AI so you can reach that perefect point for each gamer. 4. Podium celebrations 5. A career/team management mode- start off as new F1 team (lets face it there is room now in real F1) do deals for drivers, engines, tyres choose livery for cars, get sponsors, win money buy new parts,- the first F1 RPG !!!
The only reason I am adding so much is because what we have here now is so good it just gets me excited for the possibilities in the future (may have to wait for PS3 to fully realze - but it would be so good)
