In G1 Jockey 3 players take the role of an apprentice jockey thrust into the highly competitive sport of thoroughbred racing. Over the course of a season, players face fierce competition as they battle to become the world?s top Grade 1 jockey. Summary:
OOOOH the wonder. the joy, the "about bloody time". I have worked real racehorses for most of my life and have finally found a game i can play and enjoy. Before we horse mad people only had a limited choice. Most games were not 3D and were RPG type. G1 Jockey is a must for any horsey person.

Summary:
Overall realism is good, horses and jockeys actions during the race are more life like than Gallop Racer. Although high on realism, Gallop Racer's controls are much easier to use, and the whipping motion in GR is more realistic. Koei should also get the rights to use actual tracks, jockeys and horses instead of trying to copy them by naming them close to the actual name. It has it's advantages and pitfalls, personally I think the GR series is better.
