Summary:
I thought this game was a really good game. In my own opinion i think it ruined the point of Final Fantasy games. When you look back at previous Final Fantasy's they never talked and was not in 3d like FF 10 and i just thought it ruined the point of it. All and all it had a great gameplay and and killer story line.

Summary:
Ok, If you Haven't played this game yet play it. It's the best game in the ff series That I have played, I've got ff8 and 9. The game will hook you in. Blitzball is worthy of being a game by itself. Although it's quite difficult, you will keep playing this game. The sphere grid is great (go the expert grid it's way better). The Graphics are brilliant. This is one class game buy it now.

Summary:
Out of the new wave Final Fantasy games, I'm going to say this one comes in second place. With FF7 out in front.

FFX is beautiful. The graphics are incredible, the sound is great, gameplay is smooth and tight. And the Sphere Grid is absolutely awesome and unique.

The story isn't the strong point though. They based this game way too much on religion. Thats not right in my opinion. You don't feel as close to your characters in FFX, where in FF7, or The Legend of Dragoon, you felt very close to them. But still, the characters are memorable, just not as memorable. There also aren't enough places where you just hang around a town, or a boat or airship where you can just talk with your characters and trigger different convos and such.

But still, its a damn good game, just not the best.

Summary:
i like the story......OK i love the story
no matter how chessy.it's your basic save a bunch of pepole before they die with some extra twists i've only played ff7 fftactics ff9 ff10 ff10-2(sucked)
i'm also ashamed square-enix put there crap smudge all over it square soft is 10x better. i like the sphere grid because it gives you the ability to make a warrior like auron into a mage like lulu i hated relying on a stupid computer
to give me the abilityes i need to beat a boss at least you know when your going to get it. don't hate what you can't understand. blitz ball....now that is a mini game to be proud of you can scout your own players or keep it same. you have to get used to useing the radar to move in the sphere pool and againdon't hate what you can't understand.

Summary:
Alright, this is the first FF game i've played, and I got it because I like RPGs like Baldurs gate (pc mind you), Chrono Trigger and Cross, and even the old Secret of mana on Snes. But after playing it, I'd have to say, to be truly honest, Final fantasy isn't really a true role playing game. It's more like watching a movie, with annoying battle sequences. On top of that, it's freaking corny. Seriously, unless you are from Japan, or very familiar with japaneese culture, (and maybe not even then) all the characters seem gay. It's like watching a live action pokemon movie. And now that I think about it, the story at times is much like pokemon. The main girl is trying to be a aeon master by catching all the aeons at all at temples and using them in battle ect. Okay but anyway, the reason it's not much of an RPG i found was because you aren't free. You are tied to a set path, only one way to go. Not even any side quests really, just keep going and fighting, without choosing what your character says most of the time.

Okay i've probobly gone a little too far now, desecrating the holy FF ground, so now I'll talk about what was good in the game. Graphics were freaking AWESOME. I have never seen better. FMVs were very cool. The battle sequences were fun some of the time, but when traveling, the random battles got reallllly repetative. Sound was awesome too, best i've heard.

This game has an interesting story, but not the best. That alone was the only thing entertaining me.

What the crap is blitzball. Never before have i been so put off by a game. it is so gay.
