Description Kingdom Hearts is the story of Sora, a 14-year-old boy whose world is shattered when a violent storm hits his island-paradise home and he is separated from his two closest friends, Riku, a 15-year-old boy, and Kairi, a 14-year-old girl. At the same time, there is turmoil in Disney castle. King Mickey is missing, and Court Wizard Donald and Captain Goofy set out to find him. On their travels they meet Sora on his own search for his lost friends. The three are told of ominous creatures known as the Heartless - beings without hearts derived from an unknown dimension and as it turns out, manipulated by Disney villains and the ones responsible for the devastating storm. Upon discovering the link between the Heartless, the storm and the disappearance of King Mickey, Sora, Donald and Goofy join forces and heip familiar Disney heroes to save their worlds from the Heartless.
Summary: Summary? Worlds are being consumed by darkness (kind of like the Nothing in Neverending Story) and 14-year-old Sora has to stop it, as the Keybearer. The game is a huge crossover pulled together with original ideas and characters. A massive crossover AU if you will.
Strengths: It draws on pre-existent Square-Enix characters and Disney characters. This was part of its draw from the beginning. And they do it *well,* to boot. It might be toned down for the kiddies but the overall theme and morals are quite dark. You go to Squeenix for the compelling characters, you go to Disney for the conflict. And it works wonderfully.
Weaknesses: The camera. Oh, God I hate the freaking camera. It drives me up the wall. And, by now, some of the graphics are dated. Wonderland looks like consecutive boxes with flat walls. Goofy and Donald's AI isn't particularly peachy-keen, either.
Summary: This is probaly one of the best games I have ever played. Why? Because I am a experianced gamer who has played many games but this one. Well this one was just great. I love Final Fantasy and as a joke me and my pal like to make idiots out of ourselves and sing disney songs. So thats why i liked this game.
The bosses are challenging. Their are a lot of collectibles. The tunes are recognisable and the characters are really original. People go off this game because it has Disney Characters. Well let me tell you guys out their. This game is Disney Characters gone bad.
I beat this game then baught Kingdom Hearts 2 and let me tell you. It's pretty awesome seeing Mickey, Donals and Goofy running around with swords and stuff hacking their way through multiple enemies.
Buy this game i assure you that you will love it. If not then let me recommebd the game War of the Monsters. It is one of the best party games ever.
Anyway i digress. This game is abouta boy called Sora. It is set in a universe with about 16 worlds in it. The object of this game is to go to each world and seal the keyhole in it.
The badguys are all the badguys from popular disney movies. You verse people like: Malificent, Hades, Captian Cook, Oogy Boogy, Queen of Hearts, Jafar and many more.
If you like Final Fantasy then get ready for this. This game contains nearly all the most famous Final Fantasy characters out their.
These include: Wakka, Clous, Tidus, Sephiroth, Aerith, Squall, Moogles and many many more.
The games mechanics are simple enough all though i didn't like the whole begining of the game that much. It was long and pointless. But the rest of the game makes up for that.
If you want to know what parts of the game are disney like. You get to play in these worlds: Neverland, Halloween world, Wonderland, Monstro, Agrobah, 100 Acre Wood, Atlantica,The Colisueam and Tarzans Jungle.
Thank you for reading my review. Please be sure to read my other ones as well.
Strengths: Everything. Final Fantasy. You can verse SEPHIROTH! WHAT THE HELLS WRONG WITH THAT!
Weaknesses: Their are parts in the game where you have to build a gummi ship. These parts are annoying. The game would have been better off withour them.

Summary: The game is mainly about a boy named Sora who is looking for his friends Riku and Kairi(how weird is that that my name is Kairi too)and in his search ends up getting a key called the Keyblade and ends up metting with Donald (a hot tempered duck) and Goofy (a happy go lucky dog) who are looking for their friend King Mickey. On your way you meet with many different Disney characters which makes the gameplay familiar for people young and old. The game also includes Final Fantasy VII characters which is a special treat for people who played that game. If you are someone eager for a game with a challenge here and their, mini games, great graphics, fun and loveable characters, fun gameplay, and something to do you need to get Kingdom Hearts.
Summary: This is a very original idea. Combining Disney characters with Final Fantasy characters. The end reult is a very good RPG. The characters are memorable, the music is great, and it has a very good storyline. If you love Final Fantasy, and love Disney, then this is the game for you.
Summary: I played about 2 hours of this game, and was hooked. It has just about everything an RPG fanatic could want. An interesting storyline, a great cast of characters, and dazzling graphics. It proves that new wave role-playing games don't have to suck. For anyone who owns a PS 2, and has been longing for a quality RPG, then Kingdom Hearts is for you.
