Summary:
I think this game is one of the best sports games for the PS2.Even though Triple Play 2002 has a lot better graphics All Star has better gameplay and there is more stuff to do.The franchise is good for a baseball game and the season mode is pretty good because when you pause the game you can see the other scores from the other games.

Summary:
I have played both ASB and High Heat and I have to go with ASB,It has been improved since last year,and it is downright addictive! I play the game on Allstar level with easy batting,halfway through my 1st season with my beloved Reds and my home run leader is Adum Dunn with 24, I have read some other reviews and I dont know where they get the high home run numbers,I feel they are right where they need to be,overall leader is Bonds with 33 at the Allstar break. This game reminds me of the Tony Larussa series with the classic stadiums,crisp graphics and fun gameplay.The bugs are not bad enough to make me run to High Heat like last year.High Heat is a good game,but when I want to play ball,ASB is the game I reach for.

All I gotta say about ASB 2003 is I like it. It's fun to play, the AI is well implemented, and it's just real fun! I'm sayin fun too much, ain't I?
