Summary: Cabela's Big Game Hunter Rules!! If you love this game, be sure to check out DEER HUNTER SEASON 2004 from Activision Value/Sandgrain Studios, arriving in U.S. Stores August 27th, 2003!!!! The graphics looked twice as good as BGH! And all the features of BGH are in it, plus more!! I hope it's just as cool or better. The ATV's, snowmobiles and Trucks look cool, but what really got my attention was the detail of the boat!! Wow! It looks twice as good as it did in BGH. The environments are twice as real this time!
BGH: 10 out of 10, except for the load times. But that's only a very minor complaint in a superb gaming experience!
Summary: I bought this game 6-7-03. Took it to a friends house, and played the entire time we were there. To some these types of games seem stupid or boring. To me it was fun. We laughed when we shot the animals because they just drop dead, and the bullet hits with a thud. This can be a long game, even on easy.I like any shooting games, and this one to me was fun and not boring. Once we got involved, we were hooked till almost 1 in the morning.
Summary: WOW! By far the best playstation hunting game ever made, if not all around best hunting game. i read all these reviews and now that i've played the game and beat it I know that if i'm windering about a game that can just come here, thanks alot guys. When reading these reveiws i noticed that alot of these guys had never hunted, coming from someone who hunts, this game does really good in most areas, granted your not just going to just hop into a truck, drive to the game and shoot them its still great. (driving around is very fun)
Summary: Video Game Review is one of the best sites for posting Reviews. In fact, I thank the previous reviewers for giving me the details on Big Game Hunter for the PS2.
Wow, what a cool game. A lone hunter, traveling a HUGE world, void of humans and their buildings.
Now that I've unlocked all the levels and secret players, I take my time and walk the land freely. Heck, if you don't feel like hunting, you don't have to (but you do have to have an animal tag to enter; not a problem).
