Conspiracy Enclave X Box Action Review

Conspiracy Enclave

Description
Are you a servant of the light or creature of the dark? In time long past the rift was created and separated decisively the worlds of light and darkness. The people of the light grew strong and proud, while those of the dark grew twisted with hatred and jealousy. Now the rift is beginning to close and the dark will take its revenge.

Summary:
Please give this game a try. Enclave has been criticized (and rightly so) for its lack of in-game saves. However, the gameplay, graphics, and character variety more than make up for it.

If you consider yourself a gamer, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. I picked up my copy for $10 used...well worth the price.

The previous reviewers are right on the money!. At first I wasn't thrilled with the game... then when I got the druid and was able to summon a creatue, collect enough gold, equip my character any way I saw fit and saw the diverse enemies and environments, I became a huge fan!!!!

Price Paid:  $20.00 from Wally World (Wal-Mart)

Summary:
Enclave for the X-Box Game System is an finely crafted first person dungeon crawl that takes the player through a variety of locales both above and below ground and even to a submerged water level.

The graphics of this game are beautiful to behold to serve to bring a great level of immersion to the player. Sound is equally well done and the combination of sight and sound are fantastic.

Game controls take some getting used to, particularly if you are used to playing PC games. However, they become intuitive and easily handled the further you progress into the game.

The game's dificulty is challenging, fortunately not overly so. With common sense, trying a different approach and repetition you can progress through the levels with minor frustration at best. Using a different character can make all of the difference in an area where you were struggling.

Over all I would highly recommend this game, it is one of my favorites. The characters are great and the animation is fantastic, particularly as you see the change in weapons and armor depicted on your character.

There are some fine cinematic moments included in the game and the level of tension that it imparts to the the player is fantastic, that's where you can tell that you are "into" this game.

Price Paid:  $20.00 from Gamestop

Summary:
I must say that I was initially annoyed by this game. The game is very difficult and occasionally frustrating, even early on in the game. But if you stick with it long enough to develop skills and a strategy, you will be very pleased. The graphics and sound are top notch and the replay value is very high, given all the different characters and levels. I would have loved this game even if it only had one character and it has TWELVE. That's pretty fatty, if you ask me. Buy it. For $20, you'd have to be crazy not to!
