Description In Star Wars Obi-Wan, you'll call upon the Force and your powerful lightsaber as you face a mysterious new enemy, an assassin droid project and a devious plot that could dramatically shift the balance of power in the universe. Fight your way through an underworld trail of munitions dealers and crime lords-from the lowest depths of Coruscant and dusty Tatooine to the lush city of Theed. The Force is in your hands.

Summary: This is unequivocally one of the best Star Wars games for either console or PC. However, please keep in mind that I am only a moderate Star Wars fan...I've played most of the games, but I can't say I've ever cosplayed as Jar Jar or anything. I can't stand the flying games; my attention deficits limit my interests to hand to hand combat and "mash the crap out of your opponent" games. Anyway, you will definitely start to notice as you play that this game was RUSHED big time, which sucks because it could have been a masterpiece. But forget that--this game, despite all of its crappy voice acting, loose textures, and primitive character models, is still enjoyable enough to keep you hooked. The lightsaber is such a SWEET weapon. Long after haven beaten the game, I still run around as Jedi Jeff Curro as swat the bejesus out of droids and cantina freaks. One note to those who read on...even though my review sounds like a bad review, nothing could be further from the truth. I have played the game SO MUCH, though, that the little things have become more prominent, and I figured I'd list them in the review so you at least have an idea of what to expect if you're the critical type. For all of its faults and shortcomings, Obi-Wan is hands-down a kick-ass game, and it is a cogent and eloquent testament to the fact that a lot of these professional game critics are impatient, braindead whiny little b*tches with misleading opinions. Obi-Wan is defintely rough and unpolished, but it's also a skill-fest...totally old school and rewarding. Few things are as fun as getting ambushed by like twently droids, and then whupping ALL of them with Force disarm, Force push, Force speed, Force deflect, and my personal favorite, Force lightsaber toss, all without taking any damage. This game should have been called "Star Wars: Angry Lightsaber." I think that if you were a fan of "Mark of Kri" for the PS2, you'll dig Obi-Wan.

Summary: This was suprisingly a really good game. It's a game that really never gets boring. I've played it for a couple years and i still play it. You can do multiplayer jedi battles and unlock jedis like Mace Windu so you can play with them in jedi battle but you must defeat them in a jedi battle to do so. The graphics are fair gameplay is great. Buy it!
Summary: Let's face it...when you see a game for $30 US, you probably think it's going to be one of those low-budget, quick release games. Well, this is exactly what I thought when I saw this game for sucha low price. However, being the money-saver I am, I decided to buy Star Wars: Obi-Wan and boy was I wrong. I definitely have to say that this is probably the best game in terms of value for your money. The moment I started playing this game, I realized that this was no ordinary Star Wars game like the ones I had played for N64. Basically, like the name suggests, you are taken on a journey in the shoes of Obi-Wan Kenobi. You start of with levels that are not in the movies and then slowly move into the Episode 1 storyline. You ecnounter many characters including Qui-gon Jinn, Mace WIndu and of course, Darth Maul. You are pretty much taken on the journey of Episode 1. As soon as I started playing this game, I was hooked. Of course it took a while to learn how everything operates, but it payed off big time. Unlike many other Star Wars games, you have access to many weapons including your dear lightsaber, a sniper rifle and an assortment of grenades. And the best part - you also have the force. The FORCE! This is by far the best part of the gampeplay as you can access a wide range of moves such as force pull, force push, numerous acrobats and you can even slow time down to get out of dangerous situations. I couldn't get enough of these force moves and this is what makes this game feel like you actually are embarking on a mission. The graphics are awesome and the scenery is breathtaking. Also, the soundtrack is sweet and is obviously from the original Star Wars soundtrack. The game is very interactive and can be challenging at times. Overall, this is a great game for players of all ages!
Summary: Star Wars Obi-Wan has overall, topped any other star wars game I have played. With a whole combination of new moves (you actually get to choose which direction in which to swing your lightsaber!!) and stunning force techniques, this game certainly is among the best games for X-box. And compaired to other games, you can find this game at a reletavely good price. I would recommend this not only to children, but also to teens because with all the light effects, hair raising action, and to the edge-of-the-seat speed and difficulty, it is bound to be played by many people, no matter the age group.
Summary: A game released by Lucas Arts for the Microsoft Xbox. Puts you in the shoes of Obi-Wan when he was a Padiwan.
I will admit that I am not a Star Wars follower nor have I watched all the films. Actually, I'm really not up to par with the whole story of the movies.
