Summary:
Brute Force's greatest flaw is that it instantly heralded itself as a Halo beating action shooter. Five minutes into the game you will realise that this game is anything but a Halo beater. It is in fact a dull, un-inspired, repetitive, poorly planned third person shooter that lacks any fun factor what so ever. AVOID THIS GAME... of course with Halo 2 out now the chances of anyone buying this piss poor shooter are very slim.

Price Paid:  $50.00 from Gamestop

Summary:
Brute Force could easily fill two hours of debate on CNN's Crossfire. The tale of BF is an interesting one. BF was media hyped as the next Halo. Digital Anvil even borrowed control code from the Halo team at Bungie to make BF gameplay "Halo friendly." But BF isn’t Halo, it’s a third-person shooter with 4-player co-op abilities requiring team based strategy, right? Maybe, it depends. BF will either have you screaming for more or screaming for your money back. Amazingly, you will control your own BF destiny by how you choose to see and play this new XBOX squad based tactical shooter out of the box.

I liked this game, less than I expected, though a good third person shooter. I expected it as another Halo. But I was way off. I give Brute Force overall a 4/5

Summary:
This is a must have for your collection. It is about time that they make a game that you will thouroughly enjoy and not mind paying a little extra for. I loved Ghost Recon so i loved this one, think off an inter-planetary Ghost Recon. The guns are pretty sweet and you will find it hard to choose just two to use. A good combo is the heat sweeper, to take out alot of enemies, and a gun with a little range and alot of ammo.

Summary:
Brute Force was billed as the next "Halo." It not only failed to live up to such high hype, it failed to be a decent game in any sense. However, as one plays the game he gets the idea that this game could have been great if more time and effort had been put into it.
