Summary:
This is basically a vampire revenge game, having you in the role of the anti-hero Kain. You awake from a long rest that leaves you in a weakened state. You meet members of vampires trying to over throw the tyranny of the current faction. Where an evil leader has your own brothern against you. But hell hath no fury like a Kain scorned. Kain is what sets this game apart from other vampire games he's cool, relentless and has no guilt over total destruction of everything and everyone in his way.

A very solid game, with a good storyline, good graphics, good gameplay and good sound. You are Kain - out to get Nosgoth back from the folks who are in control of the city. This is a brutally bloody game - suck the blood out of everyone you kill to refill your life, then move on to the next victim.

Summary:
Depends on what game you are comparing to. If you comparing this to Soul Reaver series, then you would soon see that Kain should be Raziel's bitch. The way he fights and kills is no more than mediocre. I honestly had high hopes for this game but yet again, xbox had to disappoint me. Overall, it feels like this game had been shamefully released 3 years too early...

Summary:
Blood Omen 2 does have it's addiction on you. Playing a vampire is pretty fun. The game is basically about feeding off the weak to strengthen for the bosses. I haven't played all that much, but the game has me looking foward to unlocking more of Kain's powers.
