Description Battle the forces of Mordor in the game based on the blockbuster The Lord of the Rings movies. Continue your journey through the epic story of Middle-earth by fighting and battling your way against Orcs and other creatures in fully 3D interactive environments. As Aragorn, Legolas, Frodo and Gandalf, you'll be encouraged to balance and utilize each character's unique moves, skills, and weaponry in order to complete your quest. Battle a variety of Orcs and square off against vicious boss monsters including the Cave Troll and Saruman. Set in 13 mission locations, each environment will have a close visual correlation to that seen in the first two films.

Summary: What is everyone talking about!? This game is really overrated. I played this for 1 hour and was already sick of it. The only reason why i kept playing was because i was hoping it would get a little better. Here's the entire game: Walk down a strict path, use arrows or swords and push the A or Y button 10,000 times and hope you kill everyone. I hope the Return of the King is better. the only thing this game should win is OVERRATED GAME OF THE YEAR.
Summary: Man! What a great game, First off, if you like any kind of old time fantasy, like Icewind Dale, Baldurs Gate, or are into Dungeons and Dragons or Warhammer or even if you just like action games and you have an XBox....GET THIS GAME!!! Its sweet! Don't even worry about renting it to see "if you like it" ...just get it! If you like any kind off fantasy buy this game! For 30 bucks its a steal!
THe game is a little short though, and very linear, but with this sick gameplay, you dont really see that. I am on the last level and i bought it 2 days ago, but I know I'm gonna keep lpaying it for another 2+ months.
Summary: I sold the game a little while ago because I beat most of it. I think it was a very good game for the xbox. It seems like good games on this system are hard to come by so dont pass this one up. Too bad it was a little short though. I kept this game a long time, which is pretty rare. I dont have many game, except halo, that I keep for good.

Summary: I like this game, it was a little bit too easy, but it was still fun, it was almost like dynasty warriors, yet it was a little bit unrealistic, but hey--its based on a book! I give it overall a 4/5
Summary: This game was overall pretty good. You get to play as Legolas, Gimli, and Aragon, but I would have liked to played as Frodo.I didnt really enjoy this game because of 3 reasons: 1) The same thing the whole game. You basically run around pressing Y or A the whole time. You can do combos but when you have a giant troll running after you I dont think you want to waste your time. 2) Strict Path. You can only go on the strict path the game lets you go, not exploring ANYTHING. 3)The game is way too short and can be beaten is 5 hours, maybe less. If the levels have differed, the game made longer, and if you could've explored more, I would've liked this game better.
