Namco Dead to Rights X Box Adventure Review

Namco Dead to Rights

Description
Jack Slate, an innocent cop sentenced to death, makes a daring escape from the Iron Point Maximum-Security Penetentiary. Driven to bring the criminal element that framed him to justice, Slate hunts the hunters in this gritty, crime-noir inspired epic. With super-charged game play, jaw-dropping graphics and hard-boiled storytelling, Dead to Rights raises the bar on the crime action-thriller genre.

Summary:
Dead to Rights was a waste of my time, especially for a third person shooter, this game is just like another "Max Payne". Its kinda cool how you can dive and all that, but the story line is just like any other story line, I mean come on! The women in that game run and walk like men! The worst 40 bucks ive spent! I give this game overall a 2/5.

Summary:
I bought Dead to Rights on its first release date along with Buffy and let me tell you this game is highly addictive and rocks!Dead to Rights on Xbox is only for the challenged hardcore suicidal gamers! No Soul Calibur or Tekken Namco style here, so beginners stay away from this game on Xbox! I heard though that they toned down the difficulty for Ps2 and gamecube versions extremely. I have beaten Max Payne and Dead to Rights game 3 times.I traded in Max Payne because Dead to Rights is 3 times better.Dead to Rights has continuos action, better storyline, canine assistance,mini-games,more females, and won't give you that "dizzy spell" boring motion sickness headache like Max Payne gave me in some areas of wandering around with nothing to shoot. This was because Max Payne is a PC port ,but Dead to Rights was made action heavy from the floor up for Xbox! This one is now in my hardcore Xbox game library sitting beside Tao Feng!!!

Summary:
Dead to Rights has to be the worst game released on the xbox. There is nothing to like about this game. The sounds are awful and the graphics are no better than N64 graphics. I wouldnt even recommend this as a rental Stay far far away from this horrible excuse for a game.

Price Paid:  $6.00 from Blockbuster- rental

Summary:
An insanely hard game that becomes repetitive far too early. A Slow moving camera and clunky auto targeting system prove very frustrating. Not nearly as good nor as fun as Max Payne. How can the company that did the great Soul Calibur game do a peice of crud like this?
