Summary: Pretty simple game, a no-brainer that can be entertaining with two people and you both have had (or are having!) a few drinks (Disclaimer: 21 years old or older & remember not to REALLY drink & drive!) and are in a competitive mood! Beats the 12 o'clock news and drinking to "A Fish Called Wanda"...otherwise might be better suited for the pre-teen/teen crowd...
Rather humorous at times, worth a rental but not worth a day or two more. Gets old pretty fast.
Summary: While Simpson’s RR isn't the most advanced game, or the most creative, it is one of the few titles aimed at a younger or non-violent audience, and has some charm for other players as well. Fans of the cartoon series will want to at least rent the game, if only for a quick play to experience the streets of Springfield and the amusing characters that fill the town. All in all, RR is a fun party game, great for kids, and funny enough to deserve a look. It is definately more than the sum of its parts
Summary: I was kind of surprised to see so many good ratings on the page here - most of the ones I've seen were a bit more modest.
Anywho, the game is pretty simple plotwise, which I like.
The infamous Mr. Burns has decided to create a new line of nuclear buses for transportation. Lisa points out that this could be a threat to public health, so Homer uses his intuition and comes up with an idea of his own - turning his car into his own taxi to show down Burns.
Summary: This game is a taxi game, exactly like the game Crazi Taxi. You can choose different Simpsons caracters and drive around in their cars, pick up people, and drive them to where they want to go as fast as possible. This game, I have to say, is for someone who HAS NOT played Crazi Taxi yet! This game I'd have to say is by far from my best Xbox games. Its almost my worst! Its not a horrible game, just not for everone and it get VERY repetitive! I give it a 7.5 out of 10.
Summary: This game is Crazy Taxi with Simpson's characters. It is relatively easy and the graphics aren't amazing. That's why it gets bashed by most reviewers on the big websites/magazines, but it's fun!!!!!!! Who cares about all that stuff, this game is fun! 30 characters, 6 maps, 10 missions, multiplayer, it's fun. It is probably not worth buying(i didn't buy it, someone gave it to me) but it is definitely worth a rental, only the most hardcore simpsons fans would want to shell out $50 for it.
