Well if it was'nt for xbox live this game wouldn't get much attention at all. XBL has made this one heck of a game. Offline this game is mediocre.

Summary:
Over the years, THQ has been known for disastrously poor games based on licenses found in popular culture. However, Moto GP is an anomaly in the THQ line-up – a game based on a license (the Moto GP motorcycle circuit) that doesn’t rely on a “brand name” to attract consumers but rather its stellar gameplay, breathtaking graphics and the ability to personalize your motorcycle to force people to take notice.

Summary:

I got the game for Xbox Live beta testing and it is INCREDIBLE. No LAG! 16 players. Tons of fun. Nothing beats setting up a perfect line across turns and leaning into the turns. Or during the first turn and watching a 10 bike pile up. Plus if you rent the retail version and unlock the tracks, then you can have the tracks in the online demo version that comes with the xbox live kit. Also I made my own biker and designed his own leather and chose the color for the bike's paint job and design. And I put my initials on the back of my outfit. And you can import that bike into the online version. The game is GREAT!

Summary:
This is probably the best racing game I've ever played. And I've played and owned tons of them. I'm not partial to either motorcycle or car racing games - I love them both. This game clearly is the best motorcycle game ever created, and is probably better than any car game I've ever played (Test Drive Le Mans on Dreamcast comes damn close, though). Everything in the game is perfect - photorealistic graphics, tight and challenging gameplay, great sound, it has it all.

Summary:
This is one solid game. It's a lot of fun and looks awesome. The only reason it's not a 5 all the way across is that there is not much to it when you've had it for a couple of months.
