Nba live new edition brings a few new modes and a tweak to there freestyle gameply. The first thing I will talk about is the new Slam dunk contest mode along with the all star weekend mode. I think the slam dunk contest was made great unlike a few other slam dunk contest modes this game brings it. The way you slam is you use a combination of buttons which makes it less tedious and more fun. you gather take off and slam. It's used very well and exciting to watch the other modes not as exciting are the rookie game and the all star game and lastly the 3 point contest. Freestyle air isnt totally new but has been tweaked along with freestyle. Freestyle air uses a momentum based phsyic which makes the game more realisctic and less arcadey. whoever hits the air first automatically gets the foul. you can also change your shot in mid air for you people that like to take it to the hoop. Freestyle air has become less easier to pull away from your oppenents making the game harder but It's less arcadey and make the game more fun. The game has it all season mode playoffs and franchise this game has it all for you basketball fans and it takes you skill to actually dominate if you raise the diffculty level up. The only gripe would probably be that it's very easy to steal inbounds passes and for cheese players can make it a glitch but makes the game over all fun. Xbox live is finally on xbox and it's great.
