Summary Well, just to start off, this game is amazing. It has absolutely amazing graphic, excellent gameplay and a riveting story. The only thing about the game which I did not really care for is how on the second part of the game you play as Raiden. The controls are just as good for Raiden as they are for Snake, but Snake is a classic character and I would rather play as him. Overall, this game is amazing and I would recommend it to every single PS2 owner.Sound The sound is fine, when you're playing, you really feel the suspense because some of the music is very good and goes along with game very good. Overall, the sounds is excellent.Gameplay The gameplay and control is excellent. With a huge arsenal of weapons and a bunch of moves, this game has it all. The control of both Snake and Raiden are excellent, the control is very fluid and it's takes very little if at all time to get used to the controls. It is my 2nd favorite game of all time (behind Frogger). Not only does the graphics, sound, and gameplay rock. The character are wonderful, and the ending is just what every video game ending should be Closure yet room for a sequal and i leaves you going away with a smile.Sound The sound is very strong on this game. The music is really good and fits with the mood of what you are doing everytime. The voice of the characters change with what happens. The bad guys talk in a heck of a lot differnt tone of voice if your holding them up than if they just spoted you, and their voices are sharp to. Just put it this way the Sound (should) not dissipoint you.Gameplay Theres so much good about the game play. You get to be Stealth but not to the point that drives you insane. So you still have the chance to kill pretty much everyone and not getting caught. Even though the game isn't very long there is plenty to do after. Espically collect the dog tags. Along with that you can take and save pictures. Also you can earn things like infinate ammo banda (Snake) and Wig (Raiden). It has raised the standards of which games are to be judged. The game opens somewhat like a high budjet hollywood thriller probably starring gene hackman or harisson ford. And it never slows down. your tossed into what was a tranquil sneaking mission, turned hostile aboard a tanker off the hudson river. This is just the start, by the time you've completed the game It will have felt like 2 years has just passed by.Sound Sound is crisp, clear and you won't miss a single thing during gameplay. You'll hear cameras whirring gaurds yawning(and relieving themselves). I think the sound adds a lot to this game. There is different music for each boss villan and appropriate music for different missions.Gameplay The gameplay is something to write home about.since it is still metal gear your still snake. The same chracter in all the metal gear games. Controlling snake could'nt be any easier. The analog stick allows you to smoothly manuver around corners and gaurds. There are some improvements form metal gear solid, along with some added features. Like hanging mode witch allows you to hang from railings to elude gaurds who are sometimes standing right above you. And the quick peek around corners is better. Aiming doesnt take any getting use to with the lock on button. Summary This is the game what i waiting for & looking for. They are done really good & really good job. This game is almost perfect. But is not 100% perfect which still need to con't improve it & make it better.when i buy this game i don't need to thinks twice & i already trust its a good game going to better than its MGS1. I don't rent it but buy it, finally it is better like i though before.
