Summary This football game is arguably the best ever made. I would recommend this game to any sports fans even non-sports fans. If you don't like football games you will love playing this one because it is so life like. It's lots of fun to play. I don't think there is a bad thing about this game. Sega did a great job developing this game. You will put in countless hours if you purchase this game. I give this game A 5 out of 5 I would score it higher but the scale doesn't go high enough.Sound Sound in this game is great. It has great sound effects and music. Player chat is also a plus because your players will actually call out other players names during the game.Gameplay Gameplay is fast paced which is a good quality to have in a football game. Each players attributes are very accurate. This game has probably the highest replay value. You can make this game last forever in franchise mode. GREAT GAMEPLAY!!!Would you like to Comment? Summary Overall, this game is hands down the champ for the 2003 run of games. the gameplay is accurate, the options are deep as hell, and you can't beat these graphics. there are however minor flaws, but if you want a football sim there is no competition. be warned though, the learning curve is steep. to maximize your experience you need to invest a little time.Sound sound is amazing. from the player chatter to the crowd noises you get the feeling that you're there. and the hits, no game has better sounds for hits. the commentary is football game commentary, although this years is better than most. overall i'd give it a 4.Gameplay the physics engine in the game is top notch, better than any other game on the market. most of the complaints you get are due to the dropped balls. although this is a bit excessive, in the nfl you don't catch a pass with three guys on you, and if you do catch it it's rare that you hold on to it, unless you play madden. this game takes precision. you have to hit the open man, and read the secondary. otherwise you drop balls and get picked. the run game is superb. you can hit the holes and gain decent yards, but if that hole gets plugged then you'll probably lose out. the game requires a more in depth knowledge of football. it's all about the plays you pick and then how you execute. you can't run back 20 yards and expect to gain 10. my biggest gripe would have to be the interface. to find all the options you have to go through too many menus. and play calling takes way longer than it has to. the extra modes are great. franchise this year is way better than in years past, and the situation mode is a blast. if your interested in a true sim like experience then it's nfl2k3 hands down.Would you like to Comment? Summary The best NFL2k game in terms of presentation, control and gameplay.Sound + Great hit soundsGameplay + Great control+ Great Franchise + Great play picking interface - No off season camp (like EA madden) - Scouting is a little bit confusing, I wish they made the scouting statistics more understandable to the average gamer. - Normal difficulty too hard. Gameplay is good graphics are unbelivable.only a few minor details i dont like one is when you make a pro bowl or go to the limit with a player it never matters they always end up with the same ratin's after every year of franchises even if you start a new one. I mean there ratings will change but like after every year they already have what there ratings will be no matter what.Sound The sound is fairly good no complints its pretty good sound on hits and stuff.Gameplay Gameplay is fair i just would like to know why nobody in anygame does anything different for the playoffs or the superbowl thats the main thing i dong like.Would you like to Comment?
