Summary

handsdown the best game ever made based on a movie. it used to be "The Warriors" (which i gave a 5 out of 5), but the godfather game is so freakin' awesome. you create your own character, customize the way you want him to look. then basically the whole point of the game is to try and take over New York, but first you'll have to do some missions that interven with the movies. for example, in the first godfather, the hollywood big shot director finds his beloved horse's HEAD in his bed, but you have no idea who put it there. in the game you find out that you put it there. plus when Michael had to kill that cop and Sollozzo in the diner, but he had to get the gun from behing the toilet, you find out that you put the gun there. pretty cool huh. anyway, you can take over businesses and illegal rackets to get higher and higher in the Corleone family. but eventually, you will become the Don and if you take over every single buisness and racket and warhouse and transportation hubs and destroy all of the other four families (Cuneo, Tatalligla, Strachi, and Barzini) compounds, you just might become Don of New York City.

Sound

great voice overs and gun sounds. plus the theme song is just great.

Gameplay

extremely fun and addictive. it is almost like G.T.A in every way except the fact that it is based in the 30's.
