Summary This game is the second dbz game in the series for psx. when I purchaised this game on ebay because I have heard great things about the gameplay and every other category. this game turned out to be the right choice.Sound The sound is very good but I dont have much to say about that the noises when the characters get hit is very cool. the music is great but I dont pay much attention to it while I am in a battle.Gameplay The gameplay is simple but very effective at pleasing a gamer. The second I played this game I found out it was the right choice the gameplay will please a gamer for hours straight, I have only owned this game for two days but have played it for 10 hours. the only downfall of this game is the 2player mode it is very good but the view can get very confusing and you sometimes don't know where you are. the original battle system is the best. This game is the fastest pace game I have ever played and is the closest to the show out of any dbz game. Its a must for any type of gamer.Would you like to Comment? It follows most of the Dragon Ball Z saga excluding Raditz,(which would have been pretty cool though!) It is a hell of a lot better then Final Bout and I haven't yet played Ultamite Battle 22 yet so I don't know what that is like. Overall buy this game! You won't be disappointed I garuntee it!Sound The sound ain't bad. I like it personally.Gameplay The gameplay is amazing. I love the fact of the counter attacks and the smashing back and forth the screen which can go on forever because of the unlimited battle space. Summary I bought this game thinking it to be the best game I had ver played. It is not but close to the top of my list. However if you are not a DBZ fan you will not like this game. I am lucky I have a MOD Chip for my PS2 that allows me to play it.Sound There is no dicussion. It is in Japanese.Gameplay The controls do not take long to get used to. I play this one way to much. Little Trunks is the best.Sound The sounds they are awsome they are straight from the show. When they power up it sounds awsomeGameplay One awsome part of the game. The speed is very fast. The only downside is that in 2 player mode you cant go far away from your opponite and it doesnt split like some of the other games. thats about the only downside. Summary Dude! the second I saw this game, i was deeply in love. This is by far the BEST fighting game EVER! All I have to say is GREAT work Bandai, and keep it up!Sound The sound kicked ass. The music that played when you performed your meteos matched perfectly, like the eerie tone that plays when SSJ3 Son Goku performs his Chou Kame-Hame-Ha, or Normal Son Goku's performs his Genki Dama, or the crazy music thay plays when Son Goten is getting ready to perform his KamiKaze attack, the sound really adds to the game. The best things about this game is to be able to do a 3 on 3 battle useing your favorite Dragon Ball characters. this game also is different from other fighters because of its "tug of war" system this game allows you to capture the true feelings of the DBZ show. The action is so fast paced unlike the other Dragon Ball game this is the best.Sound The sound is great the characters does sound like they are from the actually show and thats pretty good for me. although some of the sounds does get a little annoying and repetitive., like when jaise tries to power up he sounds kinda of like a cat, go fig... but besiides that the sounds are quite pleasent.Gameplay The gameplay is simple you can do a 3 on 3 while swithing between them and switching out what characters you have left. The controls are pretty simple also. You have a charge button(triangle) a fire ball button, where the longer you hold it the more fire balls you do(square)a block(x) and the attack(cirlce). Unlike the other game you can only damage the other person by performing a meteo attack. To do one all you have to do is to fill up the color of your side to the end. And to do that all you have to do is to attack your opponents until you fill up the bar. This also makes sence because there are fighters where if you are at a low wnough life one little punch will kill the opponent, but in this game you must finish your opponent with a specail which makes more sence than being able to smach some guy once and haveing him die.Would you like to Comment? Summary I got this game in the mail monday of this week, boy this game really gets me going. I do admit the only thing wrong with it I can see is that some of the enemies are a major pain even on Normal. This game is so awsome for all you Dragon Ball fans out there, if you have a choice get this one first. This game has it all, even the japanese voices are those of the japanese actors, I thought including Nappa was really cool also. Also the Ginyu force was a nice add in as well, I mean the dance they do when they enter made me surprised. Bandai included every detail of the series all most, they left out Raditz but hey they left in most of the good parts.Sound The music and sound effects were great, japanese voices were great, the Music was awsome as well the ending song We Gotta Power is one of my fav DBZ songs and to have it in a game was awsome. It would have been nicer if it was the actual song and not intrumental though but no complaints here ^_^Definatly buy this game, if your not sure rent it if you can find it which is doubtful since it's an import unlike Dragonball GT which was also made in an american version. Gameplay The Gameplay is just pure excitment when fighting, I tell you one thing, if the enemy gets you near your end you will start freaking out and usually screw yourself over ^_^ Im sure every other one of these reviews says this but I'll say it anyway, the system used in this game is a tug o war system you battle between powers. The power balance moves in your favor completly and you do a special attack harming your enemy, usually takes 3 for regular enemies if it's somebody like Cell might take 4 depending on who you use.
